Measuring length up to 60 meters. Available in aluminum, stainless steel, acid-resistant, or plastic housings. FSG's cable pull encoders are compatible with all commercially available rotary encoder sensors. Cable pull encoders can also be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
/Rotary encoders
High-quality magnetic rotary encoder sensors for all industrial applications. Absolute encoders are available in analog or fieldbus models. They feature a high IP rating and a wide temperature range. Housings are available in aluminum, stainless steel, acid-resistant, or plastic materials.
/Potentiometers
A comprehensive range of linear and rotary motion potentiometers. Wide measurement ranges for linear motion, extending up to 3000 mm. Rotary motion potentiometers are also available in multiturn models. Flexible customization options are offered, even for smaller production batches.
/Inclination sensors
FSG and Gefran provide a highly versatile selection of tilt angle sensors in 1-axis or 2-axis configurations. Measurement technology options include magnetic, MEMS, or gyro. Available in either fieldbus or analog models. Customization is available, even for small production batches.
/Cable drums
In addition to signal transmission, FSG cable drums are also used for length and angle measurement. Measurement lengths and signal transmission specifications are determined on a case-by-case basis. The measurement lengths of cable drums can reach up to 100 meters.
/Wind sensors
FSG's robust wind sensors are designed for extremely challenging conditions, offering a wide operating temperature range. Heated models are also available. These wind sensors feature a wear-free magnetic measurement principle and can be supplied with redundancy upon request.
/Magnetostrictive Sensors
Magnetostrictive sensors are available in rod models for mobile equipment, designed for integration into hydraulic cylinders, or in profile models for various industrial applications. They are offered in analog, digital, or fieldbus versions.
/Pressure sensors
Pressure measurement for liquids and gases suitable for all industrial applications. The smallest models are only 40 mm in length, making them ideal for tight installations, such as mobile equipment applications. Certifications include SIL2, PLd, cULus, and E1. IP ratings go up to IP69K.
/Melt pressure sensors
Gefran's melt pressure sensors can measure the pressure of at temperatures up to 538°C. Available output signals include mV/V, 4-20mA, 0-10V, Gauge type, CANOpen, and IO-LINK. The range is complemented by ATEX, PLd, and SIL2 versions for various applications.
/Temperature sensors
Gefran offers a wide range of temperature sensors covering a temperature range from -40°C to 1600°C. Our thermocouple and thermistor series are available in various mechanical configurations, making them suitable for all industrial sectors.
